The rooms turned out to be brand-new and generous sized with beer poured from the bar tap by the always attentive, interesting design, an excellent shower. The best breakfasts with fresh products and organic food, for example, everyone could try something new. Location: the hotel was near to the shopping center as well as the Hauptplatz and Schlossbergbahn. The service was good during all my enjoyable stay.

Stylish and nicely furnished rooms with private bathrooms and coffee and tea making facilities, a washing machine, and glassware. Easy check in and efficient check out. Not to mention free wifi!

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The room we stayed in was modern, clean, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was a bit outside the city center, offering peace and quiet. The best part was the ample parking available, ensuring that we had a convenient and secure place to leave our car.

That the hotel was a bit far from the main attractions, requiring a short bus ride to reach the city center. there weren't many dining options within walking distance.

I came to Graz for short stay - everything was very convenient. The location was particularly good and ideal for me, in outskirts of Graz. It was also close to the city center, a restaurant, and the Hauptplatz and Schlossbergbahn.

We were pleasantly surprised by the inviting pool area at Sud. The water was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing swim. It was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

Really very good breakfast - much better than average Austrian quality, and that's saying something. Very helpful staff. Terrific organisation. Funky, comfortable design.

Basic newer hotel, comfortable. very good breakfast, attentive, helpful staff. This is a good location if you want to avoid driving and parking inthe city center. Was easy to take bus to center. Was slightly hard to find because hotel sets back off main thoroughfare.

The staff were absolutely mind-blowing! They took care of everything for us, from checking our bags and arranging our key to even letting us use their washing machine. The sensational breakfast included had me craving for more. The stable and reliable free Wi-Fi was a game-changer. I loved having lots of PowerPoints in the room. The spacious and clean rooms in the new section were jaw-dropping. The bed was super comfy, making me feel right at home. The receptionist and all the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. I was blown away by the great, spacious underground garage with the convenient elevator leading directly to the reception. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, scoring a perfect 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, adding to the overall positive experience. The property was very well-kept. I was pleasantly surprised by the underground self-service spa, which was both nice and well-maintained. The location was also great, being close to the Autobahn and surrounded by a forest. The availability of free parking right in front of the hotel was a big plus. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast had a fantastic selection, offering plenty of choices. Every staff member I encountered during my stay was professional, helpful, kind, and always had a genuine smile on their face. I want to give a special shoutout to Jadranka from the kitchen. The hotel deserves a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

Wonderful place! Everything for relax, travelling and business. Very friendly and helpful staff, internet in rooms, free parking. Good breakfast and a restaurant near the hotel. 10-15 min to the centre of Graz by car. In Süd I feel good!
